Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Talent Acquisition Business Partner will source, cultivate, and screen candidates for open positions within the brokerage division. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas.

Essential Functions

  • Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine best recruiting process for vacancies.
  • Use cost-effective recruiting and sourcing methods such as resumes searches, college recruiting, employee referrals and social media
  • Create effective processes to identify the most qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Source potential candidates through on-line channels (social platforms and professional networks
  • Collaborates with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Assist with creation of job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Negotiate employment offers with leadership
  • Utilize analytics and other information sources in the forecasting of talent needs
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties as needed
  • Travel required, as needed

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of Talent Acquisition or sourcing candidates experience
  • Extensive interviewing and sourcing experience with a strong record of success utilizing social networking sites such as LinkedIn and various sourcing platforms
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices, onboarding, and orientation processes.
  • Experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
  • Advanced Communication and relationship building skills
  • Strong Organizational and Detail Oriented Skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in an ever-changing environment.
