Top Pay
Our top truck drivers make well over $60,000 per year and drive new Kenworth T660 and T680 rigs with quiet running PACCAR MX-13 engines along with the Eaton Fuller automatic transmissions with truck speeds of 68 on the pedal and 70 on cruise control. Our trailer to truck ratio is 2-to-1 so our drivers spend less time waiting for loads and more time delivering them.

We know how stressful it can be to be an over-the-road driver. That’s why each driver at Paul Transportation has a manager who will check in with them at least twice a day while they’re on the road. If you have a problem or concern, we’ll be there for you.

Driver Benefits
Paid Training Program
- $250 orientation pay upon completion
- $500 per week with a Driver Trainer
- Training approx. one month
Holiday Bonus
- Earn an extra .01 CPM
- For all miles between Nov. 1 of previous year to Oct 31 of the present year.

Keeping our drivers safe and comfortable is our priority. That’s why we invest in new Kenworth trucks with comfortable 76-inch mid-roof sleepers, PACCAR MX-13 engines with the Eaton Fuller automatic transmission. Many of our existing trucks are well equipped T660’s and our staff of top-notch and knowledgeable mechanics keep those trucks in top running order.

If it fits on the flatbed trailer, we’ll haul it, and we haul building products, such as lumber and steel for some of the nation’s top companies delivering with an on-time delivery rate at 98.3 percent.
